Our Monthly Meetups connect women within their local communities in a more intimate setting. They’re free to attend and held on the first Wednesday of every month. We currently have seven chapters in Canada and one in the USA.

She Wears Work Boots | Episode 11 - Tessa Ferzli

Tessa Ferzli has been a 402A Red Seal Brick and Stone Mason since 2020. She was just 21 at the time making her Canada's youngest female red seal mason. Unlike most of our interviews to date, Tessa actually came to masonry through a Home-Building course in high school, after trying her hand at everything from pouring foundations to shingling roofs, she found a resonance with masonry.

Samara Sampson is a Red-Seal certified sheet metal worker and member of SMART Local 285. She was one of two female apprentices to receive the inaugural BOLT scholarship and is the most-recent winner of HVAC Tactical's "Lady of the Trade" Award.

During her University studies in Biology, Constanza Mass stumbled upon the Environmental Sciences and found her current career as an Environmental Field Technician. She has since built up a following on Instagram sharing the day-to-day of her work on-site, reviewing women's workwear and highlighting the community of women in STEM, construction, and trades.
